WHO WE ARE
Access to Complete and Holistic Education is a non- denominational, non-governmental and non-profit making organization that aims at eradicating school drop-out through initiatives and actions that address poverty in all its forms.
Our Vision
To eradicate school drop-out through initiatives and actions that will support all needy children to accede to complete and holistic education in RWANDA that will produce engaged, healthy, skilled bystanders and prosperous citizens determined to make difference in their community.
Our Mission
Our Mission: “Healthy mind in the healthy body” (Esprit sain dans un corps sain). We seek the transformation of Rwandan citizens by facilitating all needy children to accede to complete and holistic education that touches head, heart and hands. We believe that this purpose is best accomplished by all three of the key influences in children’s lives: the home, the school and the faith community.
Our Core Values
- Self-reliance: We endeavor to influence positive change knowing that God helps those who help themselves. We help people to be able to help themselves by working harder and being resilient.
- Humility: We endeavor to demonstrate genuine humility being inspired by Jesus who is able to transform people’s lives. We are motivated and highly inspired to influence transformation to our communities not only for the changed attitude but also methods of problem solving to initiate ways to work in harmony and unity.
- Responsibility: We endeavor to treat all resources entrusted to us with the highest possible level of care, transparency and accountability to be loyal and productive.
- Relationship: We endeavor to construct strong partnerships with all stakeholders; including but not limited to: educational, social, local and international organizations.
Our Goal
- To influence the enrollment of all the school age youth in district so that after the School Empowerment Program, stakeholders get committed to address and remove all barriers in school community for children’s full attendance in school.

- Eliminate homelessness, hunger, hopelessness and abject poverty in families by decreasing food scarcity through School Green Revolution.
- Influence collaborative school leadership, teachers, parents and students who truly can make a difference, to initiatives and actions that improve students’ lives wherever they are.
- Promote children’s rights not only for education but also for healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.
- Addressing poverty and underlying causes of conflict from the family level.
